RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Your satisfaction is our goal. If you wish to return or exchange any item please advise us within 10 days of receipt. Return can not be accepted after 10 days of receiving your product.
Your return will need a return authorization # before sending back the product. To request a Return Authorization, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Items must not have been used or damaged in anyway. Unless of a shipping error on our part or a defective product, you are responsible for the cost of postage/courier for returned goods.
If you need to exchange your item for a different size, simply email email@example.com with your request and we will send out the new item as soon as it's made.
Prepping an item for return.
Please re-package your item carefully and secure. You will be responsible for the package until we receive it so please make sure your item is insured and/or able to be traced. We recommend using an insured postage/courier method as we can not accept responsibility for items not shipped by ourselves.
Clothing (exception to our policy)
All of our clothing is made to order. Meaning it's freshly printed and pressed right when it's ordered to your exact size. Because of this, we can't process refunds for any clothing purchased from Best Life Leashes unless it is a manufacture defect. Please email us if you have any other issues.
